This package is designed for children aged 12 weeks- 5 years. This package is ideal for parents who are ready to establish independent sleep skills and need some guidance creating and establishing a plan but feel comfortable implementing the strategies independently.

The program that every expectant or newborn parent needs in their life. This newborn education call provides you with practical tips and strategies for setting up successful newborn sleep foundations & strategies that will help you & your baby through the fourth trimester.
Support Call
$55
Support calls are intended for individuals facing sleep disruptions with a child who is already an independent sleeper.
These disruptions may include nap transitions, travel, regressions or schedule changes.
Each support calls is 30 minutes and includes 1 follow up email & response.
SlumberPod Rentals
Designed to create a cozy, dark, and private sleep space. SlumberPods are perfect for travel or creating a peaceful sleeping environment at home. Pick up is in Hamilton Ont.
Price is TBD on length of rental.
